SweetNZ Classic Blend is a blend of erythritol & organic stevia. The small amount of stevia added to this blend is just enough to bring it up to the same sweetness as sugar, but has no stevia aftertaste.
Erythritol is made by fermenting the natural sugars found in plants and stevia is made from the fine leaf tips of the stevia plant.
